Nanning Dashanghui Industrial Co., Ltd. was founded in 2006, with a registered capital of 190 million yuan. It is a commercial and trading and logistics center of super-large scale which is exclusively owned and developed by New Hope Group in Nanning. The project is located in Nanning’s main thoroughfare: No. 47-2, Anjidadao Road.
The commercial and trading and logistics project of Nanning Dashanghui covers an area of 1000 mu with the planned floor area of one million square meters, and as estimated, the total investment will be over 2.5 billion yuan. After the completion, it will contain at least 5,000 stores, provide jobs for 20,000 people, and realize an annual trade volume of 15 billion yuan. The project has been listed as one of the key investment projects of Nanning and Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.
[Phase-1 of Dashanghui. International Construction Materials Town] With a planned floor area of 60,000 square meters, Land A1 is the headquarters base of ceramics and sanitary wares and business was started on May 28th, 2010.
[Phase-2 of Dashanghui.
