Recently, it was learned from Nanning Municipal Natural Resources Bureau that the bureau made publicity on the adjustment of plans for some plots within the planning scope under the “Controlled Detailed Planning for Major Public Welfare Projects of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region (Revision)”.
Reportedly, the main adjustments include the plot on the northwest of Pingle Avenue-Minghui Road intersection, the use of which was adjusted from junior and senior high schools to elementary and junior high schools. According to the plan, the elementary school has been planned with 48 classes covering an area of 4.85 hectares, and the junior high school has been planned with 42 classes covering an area of 5.27 hectares. At the same time, the size of another elementary school to be built at Pingle Avenue-Qiuyue Road intersection was reduced from 76 to 48 classes. After the adjustment, the major public welfare areas of the autonomous region will have two elementary schools rather than one, and the total land to be used will be adjusted from 4.48 hectares to 9.33 hectares. As a result, there are two elementary schools and one junior high school planned in the area.
