It was recently learned from Nanning Transportation Bureau that the logistics prosperity index (LPI) of Nanning City in December 2020 was 58.8%, 2.1 percentage points lower than that of last month, 3.7 percentage points higher than the average level of Guangxi, and continued to run at a high level in the prosperity range. The national logistics prosperity index was 56.9%, 0.6% lower than that of last month. Its trend for Nanning City is consistent with the rest of the country.
Among them, the total business volume index of Nanning City was 60.0%, down 4 percentage points from last month; the new order index was 62.0%, up 4 percentage points from last month, and the two indexes were running at a high level in respect of PMI (Purchasing Managers’ Index). The average inventory index and inventory turnover index were 54.8% and 61.9% respectively, which were 4.8% and 2.4% higher than that of the previous month respectively. The two indexes had been running at a high level for two consecutive months.
