According to the news conference of “Approach on the Demobilized Soldiers of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region” (Hereinafter referred to as “the Approach”) hosted by the Legislative Affairs Office and Department of Civil Affairs of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, this approach will come into force on March 1. It specifies the requirements on the placement of the demobilized soldiers, including self-employment, transfer and extension of the social insurance relations and other respects.
The demobilized soldiers who have been self-employed or continued their study shall bring their decommissioned certificates and letters of recommendation to the county-level placement administrations of demobilized soldiers in the placement place to check in within 30 days from the day the decommission is approved.
In terms of self-employment, it’s stipulated in the Approach that, the departments of human resources and social security above county level should work together with departments of civil affairs, education and other departments to provide the self-employed demobilized soldiers with guidance and service for employment and entrepreneurship. And the self-employed demobilized soldiers enjoy the support policies for employment and entrepreneurship.
