Recently, the National Bureau of Statistics released the statistical data on the changes in the sales price of commercial housing in 70 large and medium-sized cities in April 2020. The data shows that the sales prices in the real estate market in the 70 large and medium-sized cities continue to rise slightly, but still remain relatively stable in general.
Specifically, the sales price of newly-built commercial housing in Nanning rose 0.4% on a month-on-month basis in April, 0.4 percentage point higher than that of the previous month, and 10% higher than that of the same period of the previous year; the sales price of second-hand housing rose 0.2% on a month-on-month basis, 5.5% higher than that of the previous year. According to the regional data of CRIC Guangxi, the transaction area of newly-built commercial housing in April was 845,100 square meters, and the supply and demand of housing increased on a month-on-month basis. In general, both sales volume and price of Nanning real estate market rose. In addition, in the 20th week of 2020 (i.e. from May 11 to 17), the newly-added supply of commercial residential buildings in Nanning continued to increase, with a significantly year-on-year and month-on-month growth rate; the transaction area of houses exceeded 200,000 square meters for three consecutive weeks, but being on the decline recently.
