Recently, No. 1 Vocational Technical School of Nanning held the activity of Guangxi’s characteristic ethnic snacks entering the campus in 2020.
On the playground of the school, both snack enterprises and teachers and students demonstrated how to make Guangxi’s characteristic ethnic snacks and their enchantment. Rice noodle enterprises, with food materials such as minced garlic, fermented soya beans, chili and special soup, made bowls of palatable mouth-watering Laoyou rice noodles integrating sour, spicy and savory flavors. At the pastry display stand, pastry-made snacks crafted by pastry teachers and students of the school were on display, the delicacy of which attracted people to gather around and take photos. According to Li Ying, principal of the school, this activity demonstrates the results of ethnic crafts and traditional courses, enriches professional course content and improves students' professional skills.
